The invisible art of systemic leadership goes beyond the words you speak. It lives in the space between—where intuition, timing, and deep listening converge. The most impactful leader don’t just guide a process and use certain tools, they attune to the unseen, allowing transformation to emerge effortlessly.
Embodied growth and heart Intelligence
We will engage in deep systemic awareness and explore the nature of our
professional and intimate lives and relationship patterns. Through embodiment and movement we will connect with the inner and outer space of a more authentic self.
Genogram work and lineups
We will work on the integration of our own ancestral lineage and intergenerational spirit to unfold our resistances and blockages.
We will explore the cultural and political dynamics in which we are embedded, becoming aware of our individual and collective shadows and traumas.
Indigenous wisdom and deep listening
We will explore and apply the development of transpersonal consciousness through the tools of indigenous wisdom.
The different focal points of the weekend are based on the energy of the group.
Andrea Steinke (she/her) systemic therapist and systemic supervisor (SG). She has worked with thousands of clients, teams and entrepreneurs for over 25 years and developed her own invisible art of systemic leadership.
